MISS ERIN / Owner, Director & Teacher
At the tender age of 6, Erin started off in Jazz and Tap classes on the Tweed Coast. Throughout primary and high school she expanded into Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and Classical Ballet, training on the Tweed & Gold Coast. Studying Jazz and Tap through B.A.L and Ballet with RAD, gaining very successful results in all areas. Throughout primary and high school Erin was selected to represent her local area in several dance companies and ensembles that performed and trained in Sydney, taking part in the Schools Spectacular & NSW State Dance festival for 7 years. Whilst in high school Erin started choreographing dance pieces through school and also teaching at her home dance studio, Dance Force. This is where she found her love for teaching and choreography. Erin completed HSC Dance at her high school with 91% overall, placing her 1st in her class four years in a row.
After finishing up at Dance Force and high school, Erin was successful with her audition into the Australian Dance Performance Institute (ADPI, Brisbane) in 2010, where she obtained a Diploma of Art in Commercial Dance/Musical Theatre after a year of full-time training (40 hours per week). Erin was coached by internationally recognised professionals in the areas of dance, acting and singing. Whilst in her full-time year and in serval years after Erin was employed for many events and promotions as a dancer.
In 2013 Erin's dream came to life, after managing a dance studio for 3 years, she opened her very own studio in beautiful Byron Bay. A studio that allows it's students to express themselves through dance whilst instilling fun, dedication and discipline in an encouraging environment. Erin hopes to present her students not only with the skills of dance and performance, but with life skills, so that they can be respectful, confident people. Erin's life is enriched and full when she is passing on the knowledge she has gained from her training onto those that find happiness in the art and fitness of dance, just like herself.
MISS GEORGIA /Classical Ballet, Acro & Jazz
Georgia’s lifelong passion for dance started at the age of 4 and she has been dancing ever since.
Georgia grew up in Melbourne, obtaining over 20 years of experience in an array of dance genres including Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre and Commercial, as well as assistant teaching.
She was a high achiever in all of her ballet exams and has been both educated in dance and performed extensively in Melbourne and overseas.
Georgia has a degree in Entertainment Production, and is a certified Barre Instructor and Acrobatic Arts certified teacher. She is currently studying for her Diploma of Dance Teaching & Management.
When it comes to teaching, Georgia has a holistic approach as it’s imperative to her that students understand the importance of being balanced humans & dancers. Georgia loves witnessing a creative vision come to life while sharing her love for dance!
MISS TAHLIA / Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz & Tiny Tots
From a young age, Tahlia knew that dance was her passion and she was determined to turn her love into her work. Growing up in the Northern Rivers area Tahlia trained and competed in various styles. In 2017 she moved to Dance Force, Tweed Heads to further her training, gaining opportunities to learn from national and international industry professionals. During her training, Tahlia was fortunate enough to head to America twice for dance where she was able to take part in various classes from working dancers/choreographers and The Pulse Dance Experience.
Tahlia completed four years of training at Dance Force completing Part-Time and Full-Time, gaining her certificate III and IV in Dance while completing her schooling through distance education. She was a part of the 2019 and 2020 Graduation Tour, touring Australia and New Zealand. Tahlia competed with Dance Force and was a part of the piece that won most entertaining at ADF in 2019. Tahlia has been part of the Dream Creative Gold Coast as well as performed in GTB Dream JNR in 2018 & 2019. Since graduating Tahlia has continued her training and professional development by partaking in the Sunday Sessions Pro Series Course Seasons 3-5 and completing her Certificate III in Fitness. She is currently in the process of completing her Certificate IV in Fitness.
Tahlia’s professional work includes dancing for various corporate events, promotional work, and suit work. In 2018 Tahlia was a volunteer dancer/ensemble singer at the age of 15 for the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony. Last year Tahlia was featured in the release of the Vamp Heels X Sunday Sessions Vivid & Vanquish and a dancer in the Jingle Belles cast for the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols 2023 working with choreographer Kate Wormald. Most recently Tahlia has been a part of Locredo Dance Company, Brisbane contemporary show “ONE” choreographed by Loredo Malcolm.
Tahlia has been teaching and choreographing for over 6 years across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers area. Her love for teaching has grown more and more over time and she is dedicated to fostering the gifts of her students. Her goal is to support the development of her students both as dancers but also people. She believes the skills you learn through dance are fundamental and cross over to everyday life. Not every student wants to pursue dance professionally but they can gain lifelong skills, friendships, and a strong work ethic that can help them succeed in whatever they dream of. She loves choreographing and working with dancers to create something meaningful, artistic, and entertaining.
MISS KRISTEN / Hip Hop & Acro
Kristen grew up training in various styles including specialties such as acrobatics and obtained a Diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre at Dynamite Studios Academy, Gold Coast.
Kristen is a certified Acrobatic Arts teacher. Kristen has worked extensively in the entertainment industry suit character and host for shows such as Paw Patrol, Ninja Turtles, Trolls, Bananas in Pjs and Looney Tunes. Kristen was also a cheerleader for NRL Gold Coast TitansDancer for AFL Gold Coast Suns
SUE / Admin Manager
Sue is very experienced in administration and bookkeeping. She has been employed in many different sectors throughout her career, including human resources, medical practices, club industry, accountancy and legal offices.
Sue is a friendly, approachable person with excellent communication/organisational skills.
