TERMS & CONDITIONS
ENROLMENT FEE of $30 per student must be paid when enrolling students each year to cover the costs of enrolment admin, insurance, licensing etc This is a ONE-OFF and is to be paid prior to the commencement of Term 1 each new year.
CLASS DURATION range between 30 minutes - 1 hour and is charged at the rate set on the fee structure at the beginning of each year. Class duration is dependent on dance style, equipment & class numbers.
CREDITS can ONLY be given due to long-term injury or illness, ONLY if the director and admin manager have been contacted. Family holidays, school camps etc. DO NOT APPLY.
DANCE WEAR orders will only be handed out once payment has been received. Purchases can be made online & in person.
OVERDUE fees may incur a 5% late fee.
SIBLING DISCOUNT of 10% will be given if you have 2 or more children, each enrolled in 2 or more classes individually. (This discount does not apply to costume deposits, eisteddfod fees or enrolment fees.)
UNLIMITED CLASSES are offered at Encore for a flat rate. Unlimited students can choose to do 6 or more classes in any class style within their age/skill level, except Eisteddfod Troupe and solo classes. Unlimited prices are different for junior and senior students.
EXITING CONDITIONS apply to all students who wish not to continue at Encore Performance Studio. When enrolling, students are expected to complete the entire year(4 school terms) at Encore Performance Studio. If a student wishes to exit from their class/classes mid-term, students must contact the director about exiting Encore, so that they can be taken out of our system, class rolls can be readjusted and current routines can be replaced. As our invoices are billed by the term, it is expected that all students complete each term, refunds are NOT given to students who decide not to continue throughout the term, unless there is a serious family issue, personal illness or injury (please see the Credits section above). If students wish not to continue a class at Encore, it is preferred that this decision be made before the term commences.
CONCERT COSTUME DEPOSITS cover the supply, material, design, postage, handling and administration of costumes to be worn at our end-of-year performance. All students will be included in our concert. The costume payment for each class is paid off evenly across the last 2 terms to help families budget. If students wish to not be a part of our end-of-year concert parents will need to advise us in written form before the commencement of Term 3. Concert Costume Deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENT for dance and costumes fees can be paid by bank transfer or using a credit card, debit card, or digital wallet like Apple Pay and Google Pay. When using a credit card, debit card or digital wallet a Card Processing Fee of 1.75% is charged to the customer for each successful payment.
Option 1 - 100% payment 7 days after receipt of invoice.
Option 2 - 50% payment 7 days after receipt of invoice and 50% payment by the end of the 5th week of term.
